Cancelation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Lost Horizon is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a 50% processing fee per room.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 7 (seven) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Rescheduling Rate Policy

We do allow rescheduling in many cases. You must contact us to reschedule your trip.

You are responsible for paying the higher of the nightly rates. For example, if your new rescheduled nightly rate is $50 more than your original nightly rate, you must pay for the increase. If your new rescheduled nightly rate is less than your original nightly rate, you are responsible for the original, higher, rate – no differential refunds can be issued. Further, shortening your trip is subject to our general refund policy described above.
